Our prices are intended per day including our gourmet half board or our gourmet breakfast (depending on the reservation) plus local tax Euro 4,60 per person/day from 14 years of age, and include the following services:
 

• Living and sleeping: a stay in individually designed rooms (Double Room Superior, Juniorsuite or Suite) or in the classic traditional rooms (Double Room Standard or Rooftop Juniorsuite)

• Food and drinks: Dolce Vita breakfast with cappuccino & co, fresh local products and Italian delicacies and dolcetti

• Gourmet Halfboard: each evening a 4-course menu - Italian inspired with authentic delights from northern Italy to Tuscany, or alpine specialties with reference to the surrounding region. 

• Use of our wellness area with bio-sauna, steam bath, sanarium, heat bench, Kneipp foot basin, showers & rest room

• Free parking in front of the hotel. Underground car park space in the Tiefgarage Anger (5 minutes by foot from the hotel) available for a surcharge of € 30,- per day

Schwarzwand Loungebar - during the day a stylish retreat for aesthetes and pleasure lovers, in the evening an inviting place with a special flair for meetings and good conversations, an aperitivo italiano at the bar before dinner or a digestivo in front of the open fireplace to end the day.

Lounge bar: daily from 3 p.m. to 0 a.m.
Restaurant: 6.30 pm to 9 pm 

In order to prepare the perfect table for you and to make you feel completely at home, we kindly ask you to make a table reservation.

Pets are not allowed. 

If our non-binding offer finds your approval, we ask for a short confirmation by E-Mail. A written confirmation of the reservation by the guest is binding.

We kindly ask for a subsequent down payment of 50 % of the total price by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days.

After receiving the deposit, which we will confirm, the reservation is binding and guaranteed.

Not consumed services (for example breakfast & dinner) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival is free of charge. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price will be charged. For cancellations between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival we charge 70% and within the last two weeks before arrival we charge 90 % of the arrangement price.

For late arrival or early departure no refund is possible.

If, for whatever reason, your reservation is cancelled up to 10 weeks before your arrival, the cancellation fee is Euro 50,- per room.

A 10% discount will be applied on the reservation through a 100% deposit of the total booked arrangement.

At the time of the booking, a valid and covered credit card must be provided as guarantee.

The credit card may be charged in advance by the hotel. Payment can also be made by bank transfer within 7 days.

No free cancellation or changes of the reservation possible.

In the event of cancellation, changes of the reservation or no-show, the entire booked amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in: from 3 pm / Check-out until 11 am.
Early check-in possible depending on availability.

Breakfast on arrival day from 8 to 10 a.m. Euro 25,- per person.
Late Check-Out depending on availability Euro 120,- (until 5 pm).

In case of payment of external services (ski pass, ski guide/ski school, taxi/transfer, etc.) by credit card via the hotel invoice, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 3% of the total amount.
