Our rates are quoted per day including half board or breakfast (depending on the reservation) plus local tax Euro 3,80 per person and day charged from 14 years onwards and includes the following benefits:

• Living in cosy and comfortable equipped rooms, all with bath or shower. toilet, WiFi, TV, bathrobe and hairdryer, partly with balcony

• Extensive breakfast with fresh and local products

or

• Each evening a 4-course gourmet half board with traditional and international courses

• Use of our SPA area with bio-sauna, steam bath, sanarium, heat bench, Kneipp foot basin, showers & rest room

• Free hotel parking lot, car garage available on additional fee

• Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Booking conditions:

If our non-binding offer finds your approval, we ask for a short confirmation by E-Mail or by phone. After receiving our booking confirmation, we ask for a subsequent down payment of 50 % of the total price by bank transfer within 7 days. Only after receiving the deposit, which we will confirm, we consider the reservation as binding.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival is free of charge. Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before arrival 50 % of the total arrangement price will be charged. For cancellations between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival we charge 70 % and within the last two weeks before arrival we charge 90 % of the arrangement price. For late arrival or early departure no refund is possible.

If, for whatever reason, your reservation will be canceled up to 3 months before your arrival, the cancellation fee is euro 50, - per room.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
