Our restaurant is the ideal place for an uncomplicated dinner among friends or family. Our kitchen team serves fine Italian-Austrian specialities, including Vitello Tonnato, Ossobuco, classic pasta dishes or even a good Wiener Schnitzel.
We're also happy to welcome external guests depending on availability.

The olive harvest in Tuscany is a unique experience that reflects the soul of this fascinating region.
The olives, which are carefully harvested by hand in Florence and then pressed, produce our precious olive oil, which is used exclusively in our hotel kitchen. The fresh olive oil gives our dishes a special touch and allows you to experience the flavors of Italy first hand.
